Email support+ehe@eliteaiempire.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return or exchange. Unopened, unused items are eligible for a full refund of the item price; opened supplement products are handled case-by-case for safety reasons.
Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
